This will combine different theoretical approaches including Cognitive behavioral therapy C.B.T ,Gestalt, Psycho-dynamic or humanistic. Little warning, the work may be challenging and difficult at times, however I feel that through nurturing and valuing my clients’ strengths and resources, opportunity is provided to explore their individual experience of distress and encourage insight into patterns of behavior that may be preventing them from leading fulfilling and satisfying lives.
I have a very special interest in working with those struggling with suicide & self harm , but whatever your going through help can be sought.
Many of the people who come to see me come with issues such as : Sexuality ( L.G.B.T.Q ), Abuse, Domestic Violence, Relationships, Depression, Low Self-esteem, Anxiety, or any emotional issue that is causing stress in an individuals life.
